GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Abstracts must be submitted through the conference website. If you have troubles in uploading abstract files or if you do not receive an e-mail confirmation, please contact Professor Hae-Jo Kim (haejkim@kgu.ac.kr) for assistance
1. Deadline for Abstract Submission : May 15, 2009
2. Notification of Acceptance for Oral Presentation : May 30, 2009
If you are interested in giving a short talk IN ADDITION TO a poster presentation, please choose "yes" in the 'oral presentation' section during the abstract submission process. The conference committee will select abstracts for oral presentations, and will send you another e-mail regarding the acceptance/rejection of your oral presentation by the end of May 2009.
3. Method of Abstract Submission : Abstract-Submission
1> Register first: click 'Join' on right above in this page and give all detail information about you.
2> Download the CALIX 2009 abstract template (in DOC or RTF format).
3> Prepare your abstract without changing the template format.
4> Go to the submission page and Click the "Write" button at the lower right corner.
5> Provide all the information required.
6> Click the "Attach" button to upload your abstract files.
7> Click the "Submit" button.
4. Guideline for Abstract Format
1> Abstracts should be no longer than one page.
2> Please upload your abstract in DOC format.
3> Name the abstract files as : Calix09_Lastname.doc, Calix09_Lastname.pdf
4> The file size should not exceed 4 Mb.
Once the abstract has been submitted successfully, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirmation.
